The eyes just seem to follow you.
I thought it was Uncle Fester.
It’s either some professional wrestler or Sid Haig.
I think its just bloody/healing…I hope that after a few weeks the red went away.
To be fair, the artist really did a good job considering the terrifying photograph s/he was given to work with.
When you do a lot of shading and grey work, the skin always gets really red and irritated. It goes back to normal once the tattoo starts healing.
