This black ink blob looks pen-like, just as EAB said. It was probably the name of a previously loved one with flowers and hearts around it on the limb of some college/high school boy/girl, then they got rejected or something equally as mortifying happened to them with that person to blmae.

Ger it removed and next time get a tattoo worth while! im an artist and i would never dream of doin that to some1!! its gonna take around 6-12 sittings 2 get rid of alot of it! it is gonna cost ALOT!!!
